Mr. Hitesh Nayyar is a qualified engineer in computer sciences from Thapar University, Patiala. But entrepreneurship was always a passion. He believes a strong heart to dream and to realize dreams is an important ingredient in a successful venture. This strong desire lead him to form Roots Software Innovations with mere 25$ along with few friends while pursuing his course. Later, this firm was taken over into a company "Roots Infocomm Limited" and he lead from front as Founder and Director till November, 2006. With his strong middle class values and rich experience of over 8 years in IT he finally formed Yeah, as he envisions it to be world's best IT company by 2015 through right People, Processes and Technology.
Innovation and Client Delight inspired him to qualify as Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2008 and further to architect and implement a state of art Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008 woven over almost all current standards in Information Technology. And to continue innovating he is currently working on SEI-CMM.
He is a voracious reader with specific interests in Marketing, HR, Technology and Politics. He had written 4 books on Information Technology for beginners. Currently, he is writing another book on "How to Market Technology Effortlessly?"
